    Beautiful writing as always –

  5. Hi James,

I’m writing a book on Aboriginal astronomy and my partner, performance-artist Bon Mott, showed me your historical fiction book ‘Bad Boy Boogie’. In the book, you mention that Bon Scott passes time in jail by counting full moons, and that his Aboriginal cell-mate told him how the emu links to the Southern Cross. I’m curious, is this on the ‘fact’ or ‘fiction’ side of the narrative? If the former, I’ve love to mention it in my book.

We plan on going to BonFest in Perth this Feb and would love to meet up for a beer and a chat if you are available.
